This Walmart is the best for car care. The techs are well trained and very professional. Pat is the best! I thought I needed a battery, but the techs tested it and discovered it was the starter. They also recommended a mechanic. Thanks!!

I was really happy to find out Walmart had this auto center. Its close to my house and I really needed somewhere in this area I could trust. I had an issue with a tire light, so I called this location and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Everyone I spoke to was lovely, great service. The price was super reasonable and they got me in and out in about an hour. I was very happy. That is until I checked out and got my paperwork. I had emphasized multiple times I needed the fluids checked, specifically the transmission fluid. I probably said 4 times at the drop off and pick up that I needed the T fluid checked. I confirmed that the fluids had been checked. I paid, got my paperwork, went to my car and looked at the services and it said transmission fluid: declined. I went back in to ask, and the woman told me that oh sometimes they cant check transmissions. Okay, so which is it? What did I pay for? You told me it was done, turns out it wasnt then the story changed. I got home and decided to check on the other fluids. They were pretty much borderline empty. Im not sure what I paid for here, but its the worst case scenario to be a woman who doesnt know much about cars, and not be able to trust the auto shop youre working with to be transparent with you. Wont be back here since I cant gamble on paying for services that arent done despite them telling me it was. Only reason this isnt a 1 star is because they were nice and time efficient.
