Earl was on the few contractors in mount pleasant who followed through on this word in terms of: when he was going to show up, answering his phone and finishing the job(s) correctly. On top of that the price was extremely fair. Stay away from alllllll the other handy man companies (trust me, I’ve tried them all as I manage a rental from 100 miles away) and give Earl and this plumbing company a call first.

Opened store on a Saturday for a pretty price, but they had what was needed and the fella was pretty helpful and took time to help us on his wife's birthday where he could of been home with her and have an attitude but he didnt, he was kind and very helpful.

They rushed right over. They are 24 hour. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue and reassured our worries.

When we contacted Mid-Michigan Plumbing Services we were unable to flush the toilet, use our washer (without feces backing up in our basement), or use either the kitchen/bathroom sinks. Stressed to the max was definitely an understatement! Earl and his team came out that same day and within an hour determined our problem. He was upfront on cost and projected timeline. The next morning Earl was here by 8am for we needed emergency services. The guys had all the repairs and pipes replaced in less than 8 hours. We are so grateful and beyond happy. These guys were honest, professional, and efficient. I will recommend Mid-Michigan Plumbing Services for any future services.
