Their website lists they offer emergency services. Called them because of that and no one answered, nor returned my call. Not even as a courtesy. Why list that you offer emergency services 24/7 if you don't?

Absolutely loved our experience with first class plumbing. Logan was so helpful and kind. I wouldn't trust our home to anyone else. We are lifelong customers and encourage all our friends to call Logan!

Summary: Logan is COVID-19 vaccinated, his service was very professional, he gave me great advice. I look for COVID-19 vaccinated professionals to do work in my home, as I had a close friend die of COVID-19. In mid-Michigan, maybe 40% of service people are vaccinated. Logan was happy to let me know of his vaccination status (vaccinated). No weirdness around that. You should ASK all your contractors about their vaccination status, before they come out, as they meet with many different people every day, and can be a vector. And if you have to use an unvaccinated contractor, make them wear a mask. I hired Logan to scope my 60 year old iron sewer line, which he did with me watching over his shoulder. It was very useful to help me plan permanently fixing some longstanding backup problems. Later, I called him to get advice. He gave unbiased, thoughtful, and frank answers, even though he wasn't necessarily the right guy for the job. Really, really like this guy. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing pipe repair
