If I could give no stars I would! Sold me a truck that I had issues with soon as it got to my driveway! The water pump went out, they fixed that issue. Then my heat went out, my check engine light came on with three codes. They gave me the run around about fixing my truck, when they finally wanted to fix it they told me I would be responsible for half of the cost due to it being a pre owned vehicle. Worst experience ever! Dont recommend at all. UPDATE: Got the car diagnostics and I need a whole new engine. Its cracked on the side and the top! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. Joe ricci called me himself and told me use my warranty well the warranty company said they still waiting on payment. This dealership is full of sh88

My experience here was horrible , I drove 45 mins just to get here , I explain my situation over the phone everything that was wrong with my credit etc , was under impression I was going to get a car I got there at 1250 and left at 4pm no car , I got the run around no updates couldnt nobody explain what was going on finally I was told the car I was supposed to get was sold ! After being there all day long , finally I was looking at another car,couldnt get it because they needed to verify my employment got the letter sent over everything my sales person asked for , still no update he told me to wait until next week now after wasting my time Eric gave me the run around waste my time and everything wouldnt recommend going here ! I couldnt even get an apology from Eric for wasting my time!
