Purchased a 70000.00 BraunAbility Pacifica disability van from here in Nov of 2022 We have had nothing but problems with it since It has been in for repairs at least 10 times. Tons of problems that both mobility works and the Chrysler dealer cant repair Ramp wont come out, doors will not open or shut, steering wheel and dashboard controls going out a nightmare! We take it in it and they say its fixed, then the problems come back! Some repairs have to be taken to dealer but some dealers dont even want to look at it because of all the electrical connections to the disability equipment Our van is sitting in the garage right now, because of the same problems. Have not taken it in because we think they cant fix it. So I am pushing my wife through all the ice and snow to her doctor appointments. Her power wheelchair is now useless for this purpose I also dont want to be stranded on the highway somewhere and have to figure out how to get her out of the van! She is wheelchair bound.

We needed a wheelchair van the day after Christmas. I contacted Mobility Works on 21 Dec and they rented us a great van that we enjoyed the entire 5-day Christmas weekend. Mobility Works made sure we had a great van and an enjoyable Christmas with our family and no worries of getting to the Doctor very early the day after Christmas. Great vehicle and exceptional customer care and service.

The entire experience at Mobility Works was exceptional, from their selection of conversion vans to the Sales and Finance teams to the Service Department. What I was most impressed by was the after-sale care and assistance they offer. Appointments were easy to make, they were punctual in receiving my vehicle and went above and beyond what I have come to expect from the typical so-called Customer Service team. I highly recommend Mobility Works if you need disability equipment like handicap access vans or other assistive devices such as motorized scooters or wheelchairs

This is a great place. The staff is always friendly & helpful. I rent vehicles from them monthly & I've always had a great experience.
