Despite initial hiccups on our first project, Matrix's professionalism, flexibility (we did a portion of the work ourselves), and commitment to quality led us back to them to add a basement bathroom and play area in addition to the work they did in 2021. They provided thorough communication and addressed any issues that came up throughout our second renovation. The final result - solid project management and craftsmanship as well as a space we love. Matrix may not be the least expensive resource you might find but we would recommend them for anyone looking for quality work and total project management. I am posting photos of both projects. Was referred originally to matrix, then they rescheduled 3 times, then I get a text the day of the 3rd appointment, and they say they cannot take my project without even coming out. Gaslit me beyond what a company should.

We highly recommend Matrix . The project met the timeline promised. The crew was polite and efficient. The craftsmanship and quality of materials delivered a beautiful basement. Our project manager, Jamie answered all questions in a timely manner. He was pleasant, professional and made this entire process a positive experience.
