Bathroom sink drain pipe disconnected. Derek, the responding tech, made the necessary repair cleanly ad efficiently. He was curteous, professional, and affable. He took the time to inquire if I wanted the stopper to coordinate with the fawcett, originally it did not. He cleaned up so thoroughly I could not tell he had been here. Not a speck of water left on the floor and he cleaned a card board under the sink that caught the water & Kung. He was willing to check any other plumbing I might have. I am keeping RR/Livonia # handy for any future plumbing issues & requesting Derek to handle them. Thank you RR/Livonia- good job & fair price.

Plumbing issues are never a fun discovery or expense, but the Roto-Rooter team made a stressful situation more bearable. From our initial contact with Bill to our interactions with the crew the very next day, we were pleased with the quick service and wouldn't hesitate to use again - but hopefully not anytime soon :)
