I went to three ATT and two Verizon stores trying to restore my ATT email which l accidentally deleted. Only Sean at the Livonia MI store knew how to do it. and was pleasant and fast to boot. Very happy.

So yesterday I went to At&t in Livonia And had to call a number to verify my identification by answering questions and I failed the first set of random questions the computer asked me because they had nothing to do with me personally. So They couldn't would not allow me to open an account with them because the computer could not verify my identity. So Rafael had me Do the verification again and Well again I failed the computer wouldn't Approve me for my Identification which is crazy. Because I gave this gentleman my ID and everything. He seen I was who I was claimed to be But because of a computer I was unable to get a phone.l or even start a line with them all because they said I could not verify my identity. This is what happens when you use Electronics, it's crazy. They believe that over a human being but moral. The story is. I gotta call this morning from Raphael. He was so flustered because I should've been approved. There was no reason why I couldn't get a phone yesterday b Besides identification Issues that he ended up speaking with his manager and trying to figure out the problem. He Went out of his way he didn't have to Am I knew nothing about it. I just thought that was that. And he called me at 9:30 this morning. To tell me that he believes they figured out The problem in asked me to come back and try it again. Also while I was they're yesterday he showed the utmost respect that I have ever seen in phone store. Normally then you go in to a phone store the worker is rude and always trying to help me than one person at a time which is frustrating. Well, raphael made sure he did one person at a time to make sure they were all taken care of and had his fool attention. He even went as far as telling people when they tried being rude and asking questions while he was busy with another customer that he would love to help them as soon as he is finished helping the customer he is with at that moment that they could take a seat and he will call them up as soon as he was available. Now don't Think he was being rude or anything to these customers. Cause he was not. He welcomed us as we walked through the door he asked what we were there for and told us they would help as soon as possible and if he help like pay a bill or something like that and there was a minute by we're waiting for the computer to load or something like that. And he knew he had that time. He wouldn't. He would help them cheerfully. But that was the best customer's care. I have ever received at a phone store and i'm not To applaud or even recognize people that are just doing there job, but this man did not just do his job nectar he had to, he did his job with common courtesy, respect, a smile on his face, and thorough. People can def learn something from this guy. We need more people like this in the world. I give this AT&T a 5 star all the way.
