Our well pump stopped working and we were completely out of water. I called Well Doctor and they were here within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and promptly fixed the issue. Not only was it fixed quickly, but we now have better water pressure than we had before. Professional and courteous team.

I had my well pump replaced last August. I was told by the workers that installed the pump that there was a lifetime warranty. Whether or not that is true that is on them for telling me that. I woke up and I had no water they came out and said they would check it out and not until after did they look at the pump did they tell me there was no warranty and that it was $100 for a service call. They quoted me $1500 for the fix. I have spoke to multiple other companies that have said the amount is atrocious It’s $125 fix. So I called the Well Doctr office and spoke with the manager there and he was extremely rude and couldn’t explain to me why one of the workers pocketed my cash and gave me change out of his pocket but wouldn’t give me my quote. Because he stole my money. So once the manager said that he was going to speak to the guy who did this as he’s swearing saying he will effing call me back in after this and blah blah blah laughing at me about the lifetime warranty when that’s what I was informed by the same man who took my money. I would not advise anybody to ever use this company they are thieves and all they want is your money. The guy barely even cared about what the problem was he cared about getting my number and texting me more than he did about fixing my running water for me and my kid. Unfortunately I had to pick one star in order to post this rating or I would’ve given them zero.

Highly recommend Brad was fantastic. Great price and were able to get my well pump replaced the same day within hours of phone call. Fast and professional service at a great price. Woke up to no water and called Well Doctor and Co at 815 am. They were out to my house within an hour and diagnosed the issue. My well pump went out and they were super quick about getting out within a couple hours on the same day to get my pump replaced. Within a few hours I had water running in my house again. Can't thank you guys enough.

I called on Saturday after my water quit. Explaining what happened I was walked through a quick fix to limp me through until Monday so I would not have to pay the emergency charge. They were here on time wearing masks, very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was. They fixed it quickly. Great service!

I called The Well Doctor on a Tuesday morning and five hours later I had new well pump and bladder tank. They were very professional the whole time. They explained everything that was needed and did the job at a very fair price.
