Awesome service Jason and Arthur that came out to replace my well pump were very professional and great at what they do.Customer service was top notch also were here early and were in and out in 2 hrs and I had water 10 out 10 from me. And the price was great

Our water suddenly stopped on a Monday. First plumber had no idea. Second vendor tried and was unable to locate the correct parts. On Friday, he recommended Metamora Water. They were at our home within a couple of hours, assessed the situation and the next morning was fixing the issues Saturday at 9 AM. After five long days, we once again have water. Jason was professional, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. Thank you for being our Water Calvery!

Called this company after their install sticker was on my well tank when I bought a new house. I asked them for any records on what was installed and give me an overview of any update work that needed to be done on the system. They admitted it was their work, but could not find any records whatsoever- despite it most likely having been relatively recently done. He then said he "wasnt touching it" after not being pleased with how it was installed (again their work) and him stating repeatedly he wasnt the one that installed it. (Meaning the specific worker who was there) I then asked him about parts that looked like they had wear and rust, and options to replace. He would just respond with "it works" and "its fine" after previously indicating it was installed wrong. They then changed the filter and charged me $150.00 to essentially to show up and do something that I could have done myself.

I bought a home in Lynn twp. about 4 months ago. The well was bad, in fact it wasn't disclosed at closing like it should have been, that it was a salty well. I contacted several well drillers who said don't drill, put in a $20k R.O. system because the area we live in is a very salty area in the ground. So I tried metamora they sent Jim out who has the expertise of dousing (old way of finding veins of water underground using metal rods in hand). Well I trusted the method, took the risk, and had Mike and Tad drill where Jim marked the spot on the 24th of July. Well it paid off fresh water at 140ft. down 33 gallons a minute almost artesian!! I can't say enough how pleased my wife and I are now, not having to take salt showers any longer! Everyone of the metamora personnel worked well and efficiently to get us fresh water, way to go metamora, good job highly recommend great staff and good prices!!
