      image Absolutely great! I had purchased a unit at an auction and had a problem with the lock. Called, talked to someone, and was able to have it promptly resolved. The entire process was so easy and handled so well. I will definitely be more inclined to place bids at this facility. Thank you for the smooth easy process and great customer service when I had to call and resolve my issue.
