      image Charter is awful. We had a box go bad and then have now sent me 4 replacement boxes, all have been bad so far. They are now sending me 2 at a time because they know so many are faulty. What kind of garbage is this ? Go with any service other than charter spectrum. Any

      image Josh was so helpful today !
      No trouble at all switching over to Spectrum. Although it did take a while to transfer that was not Spectrums fault. My prior phone service has iffy customer service so the communication with them was making the job harder for me, but Josh knew exactly what to do !
      Josh is very knowledgeable and patient in his work and was prepared for everything he needed to do to get the job done.
