I would not recommend them to anyone. After calling three times on several different occasions they agreed to send a service tech. When the service tech was supposed to be here they called and said they could not make it. I would not recommend this poor service to anyone. -Justin Nielsen

I a very pleased with Michwave Technologies service. The program that I have is very efficient, fast and cost effective. I could not find a better company to do business with.

I called to find out information about their service and if I could get it in my area. I was told to go online, fill out a form and then I would find out an answer. We don’t have good internet which was why I called so I asked why I could ‘t I just speak to a person and ask some questions first.and I was told I was being argumentative. 😳 I asked how was I being argumentative just for asking a question!? The answer was because I asked why! The lack of customer care tells me this is not a company I want to ever do business with.
