Yanis is very patient and honest in his inspections. No doubt saved me a bad purchase in the first house that I wanted to buy. Explained to me how the foundation was moving away from the house (which is something I would have very much missed if I went without an inspection). When I found my house he was the first person I called and if I get another house he will still be the first person I call. Worth every penny

I hired Janis for his excellent reputation. However he failed to identify a toilet leaking problem that was discovered right after we moved into the house. He also failed to identify a water leaking damage on the exterior of the house which apparently has been there for years and previous owner attempted to fix it but wasn’t done right. When I called him and tell him about the leakings he simply told me he is not responsible for it. I also recall he never even bother to enter our attic for an inspection, only peered in for less than a minute from his ladder. I’m very dispointed with his service and would not hire him again.

Janis is extremely professional and detailed. my situation required some last minute accommodations and Janis was very willing to help. The report was legitimately the most detailed and easy to understand home inspection report I have ever received. Thank you Janis!
