They were quick to get an appointment with right away. But the guy didn't do a thorough inspection. He had to come out a second time and look up in the attic. And they keep saying it is not paid for when it was. I had called them asked them about the payment and the lady on the phone said yes they got it. It has already cleared through my credit card account. I paid them the very first day over the phone. They told me the guy could take credit card payments. But then he said he couldn't. That it had to be called in, so I called it in. Now the guy is saying it's not paid the second time he came out. UGH! And they don't leave business cards with you.
