Homespect Inspections

EXCELLENT experience!! I cannot express enough how pleased I was with Homespect Inspections. Jim was our inspector for 3 properties in the last 3 or 4 months. My family is making a big move out of state and mostly seeing houses through virtual tours and rely heavily on home inspections to give us as much insight on the homes as we can. We traveled out to each property during the inspection and Jim is a pleasure to talk to, very knowledgeable and extremely thorough in the inspection. Jim was amazing. My parents suggested I contact him after they had gone to the inspection for a house they were looking to purchase. I'm so glad I did! Jim without my prompt, started explaining what he was doing. He also gave me tips to keep the house looking great, and prevent future problems. He was very thorough, and professional.

Jim was able to quickly help me with a home inspection that was thorough and professional. He was happy to give me a walk-through of the home and explain the key findings on his report. The report was detailed and he answered all of my questions in detail.

Jim Is An incredible inspector. Me and my wife are purchasing our first home and he walks you through and shows you what it should be and what it should be in a home inspection. Does his job very well and very professional. We noticed that he is very detailed in inspecting homes from outside to the inside. Also good at letting us know what we will need as an additional inspector for other issues if any. I will recommend him to everyone I come across!!
