Over time Karina became not only one of my teachers but also a mentor. Sangha Yoga skillfully use yogic principles to develop students, train teachers, and hone coaches. Best Yoga teacher training ever! It is very well organized and taught with skill and intention. You will walk out of this training with the knowledge you need to teach a safe, effective and well sequenced yoga class. I have taken the 200RYT THREE times and learn many things each time. You learn more than just yoga postures - it is a transformational experience that will effect you for the rest of your life.
