Will not stay here again unless they try and make us since they won't cancel the upcoming room But if they want to charge us there shall be a second review of everything I can find in the entire hotel wrong So stay tuned for a future review as I will not have my baby bit by ants again This place needs to be shut down As it is unclean and unsafe

The Staff members while I was there were extremely rude. Kept talking about me and the wife making assumptions. However they are completely wrong as we both live and own property in Michigan Now let's get to the room Very strong chemical smell gave all 4 for us a stomic issues which was a 11 month old baby a 3 year old little girl myself and my wife The corner of the bed was missing the cover thus large staples protruding right at where my just standing babys eyes are at Then about 2 am little small black ants came out and started bitting myself and the baby We had a room booked threw the honors program for this weekend But they will not let us cancel it to move hotels So the honors program is a freaking joke and they don't care one bit about loyalty Was trying to be nice but since they don't wanna be here's a detailed review We shall see our next steps as I will not have them take money because I refuse to stay there due to babys safety concerns

I have stayed here a total of 3 times. This last time I stayed there were red flags from the beginning. I checked in digitally through the Hilton honors app. When I arrived I asked the lady at the front desk for the keys to my room. She was not very friendly until she saw I was a member. We went to the room, the digital keys did not work so I was glad I had gotten the physical keys. Through our the 1 night stay we found that the shower door wouldn't close all the way cuz the screws were backing out of the wall, the bed frame was missing a corner exposing sharp staples, ants appeared all over in the middle of the night( found tgm on my infant daughter in the morning), the coffee tea bar was not well stocked, breakfast was terrible, and the bedding was too small for the bed. We got out of there as fast as possible and then had to buy breakfast. I had booked this hotel for another stay, but after that experience I don't want to go back. Customer service has been rude and unhelpful in changing my reservation to another hotel. Rooms: Small, in need of repair
