        Great company to do business with! Our customers love their phone app! they can apply on line from anywhere! They can sign docs prior to close so closing is quick! They are highly recommended by tons of Agents in our area!

      • My agent, April Wieleba., at the Shelby Township location was not detailed and had poor communication skills. A.W. did not respond to most inquires in a timely fashion; she missed multiple scheduled telephone meetings. We had to push our closing date back on three separate occasions. We missed out on our down payment assistance because of her advice on moving assets. She was inept regarding MSHDA policies, which was evident with her advice regarding moving assets to qualify for down payment assistance.
