Still have not submitted our appraisal, now we are being assessed extra charges. Hire a reputable Co. and do not allow a bank from out of the area pick for you.

So worked for ex husband. House bought at 105k in 2011. He appraised at 117 in 2017 Even though reputable realator wouldn’t list it for more than 98k. Wow. That’s a 12k difference. A couple of new windows and wood stove. Some dirt hauled in for a garden. That equals 12k. If you need a fair estimate, go somewhere else!!!!!
