Awesome service , honest workers . I took a suit to get dry cleaned I had not worn it I a year , picked up the suit when I arrived home I noticed there was a paper bag , there was $25 dollars, never would have known the money was in my suit .

I dropped off my king sz comforter Dec. 20th, 2023 and I didnt get it back until Feb. 6th, 2024. I had to make 3 trips to this location, which is out of my way. I live between Grand Haven and Holland, but work on N.E. side of Holland. I first went in mid January to pick it up, it wasnt there and they couldnt locate it at the zeeland location, but said they would look into it and would give me a call. 3 weeks go by and I didnt hear from them, so I called twice, no answer. I decide to go in person (2nd trip), I explained I was supposed to get a call but no one ever called. They looked around, then called other location, again nothing. They said they would look into it and call me. I finally got the call, and made my 3rd trip to collect my comforter. I didnt even get a discount or an apology for all my troubles! The comforter was clean though, warranting the 3 star rating, because I wanted to give 1 star. I wont use this Dry Cleaner again.
