Lemon Fresh Cleaners

I been using this dry cleaners for years and this last time, I brought a black suit to get ready for Wednesday. i went one week prior to pick up my suit. The suit was lost. Rodger had us looking  for it all over the cleaners, we couldn't find it. I went back 4 days later to ask about it since Rodger was ignoring my calls. Again he wanted me to look for it again. I said I was gonna buy a new one and bring him the receipt since he lost it and said technically he has 30 days to find it. This man is a joke. waiting on 30 days to see what he says ... I'm sure I won't see any money or suit from him...

Update on this issue of lost item. I have spoken by phone with the owner Roger Lemon on 6 different occasions and each time was promised that I would be reimbursed for the lost item and cleaning charge for that item. It has now been over 8 months since the item was lost and I have still not been reimbursed. I have given up on calling again as obviously nothing promised ever happens. Don't use this cleaner. They don't stand behind their service and are not honest.

I had a diesel spill in my sailboat when racing the Chicago to Mac. It mixed with the water we took onboard (12 waves) and coated all the clothing and foul weather gear onboard. I tried washing with multiple different substances and suggestions. Lemon Fresh (Roger) assured me they could get rid of the smell. It took a week, but the results are nothing short of amazing. 99% of the smell is gone after airing everything out. Thanks Roger! You have my business for life.
