        Monro did an exceptional job with my repairs. I was given multiple options as far as cost and what could and had to be done. I was referred to other repair shops for transmission issues which they do not handle. Richard, the manager was very professional and respectful. I would highly recommend.

        Brought my vehicle in for break check after my rear left was smoking. Called the Jenison location that I typically book through and they were unavailable for next day. Totally understandable. It was Friday night at 6PM, right before close. They recommended this location, I called, and got right in for next day, 730AM. Brought it in, had it done So Fast, and I picked it up before they closed. Such wonderful, friendly staff. Richard really took care of everything and helped me understand what happened with my vehicle.
