Stay far, FAR away from this guy and his company!!!!!....Besides having a "I'm a tough guy" attitude....His communication skills, and work quality...is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!....He doesn't care about his customers and takes zero pride in his work....PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Do not use Kibby's Pools. All talk, doesn't stand behind work, poor quality and the list goes on!

Zero rating. We bought our liner from Kibby's Pools on May 19th, the owner inspected our pool, ordered the new liner and he and his crew installed the liner. He took full payment and then it ripped out with a 4 foot tear before it was even done filling with water. Now it's useless and we are out our money and our pool. The owner, Scott Kibby, says it's not his responsibility to replace it and hangs up on me. He won't do anything unless I pay him $800 more for another new liner.

Scott worked with us on getting us a liner before winter hit and it came out beautifully. It was a refreshing experience to deal with the owner/boss himself. Plus, he was the first one on the job and the last to leave. Service: General repairs & maintenance
