Everyone was super nice and helpful. I felt like everyone knew my daughter by name, even if they didnt work with her. Everyone was also very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our daughter walked into WOW, very scared of reading and feeling as though she would never be able to read. Dr Vanna was so wonderful, attentive, and kind to our daughter. The approach is very comprehensive and while we were dubious at first, by the time she was halfway through, she was more confident, and she was making big strides in learning to read. Now while our daughter still has to put in the work, wow provided her with the tools necessary to start to read, and the confidence to persevere.

Just shy of miraculous; the change observed in my child from non-reader to confident reader was incredible, especially after trying everything else. Dr. Allie and the therapist team are warm and encouraging. My child looked forward to going to WOW every week. Thank you!

Wow vision therapy has been a HUGE game changer for our family! Our 10 year own was so far behind in reading and nothing seemed to help! WOW vision and their team have changed her life! We are forever grateful!

Our 12-yo did 35 sessions to correct problems with convergence insufficiency and focusing. Our experience was great. The whole Wow Vision team was excellent - professional, helpful, responsive, and accommodating. I especially appreciated that scheduling was very easy, and communication was excellent. We received a clear report that detailed issues she was struggling with and the plan to correct them, and regular updates as well. The office is very comfortable, too. Our daughter now reports that she can read much better, without skipping lines or reversing letters, and she doesn't get carsick as often.
My only quibble is that we found out toward the end that West Michigan Eyecare offers vision therapy for half the cost. I would recommend Wow for complicated or intensive therapy, but for simpler issues like our daughter had, I'd suggest doing some price comparisons since insurance rarely covers this.
