JCPenney Optical - LOCATION CLOSED - CLOSED

It should not take over 2 hours to do a regular eye exam. The person working here seemed like she had no idea what is was doing and was constantly trying to figure out the machines like it was her first time working here. Then when my glasses were ready, I had to call them since they never called two weeks later like they said they would. I am never going here again, waste of time and staff has no idea what they are doing. Worst experience ever.

Wonderful customer service! Staff Was very accommodating to our schedules and were very helpful in picking out frames for our family.

Dr. Larson is great! Very helpful and explained everything he was doing. He is an Incredibly intelligent doctor, and I would recommend. He did tell me that he wasn't positive that this would solve my issue (migraines), but thought it would help some and I appreciate his honesty. You can tell he isn't about the sales, but about what is best for the patient. The guys up front picked the glasses I would have picked for myself on their first try. They were knowledgeable and great at answering questions. My glasses to a little longer to come in because of the holiday, but the pick up with quick and painless.
