    Dont move here if you dont like cockroaches. Gross negligence from management in dealing with pests lead to a building wide cockroach infestation that they did not handle adequately for 4 months. I spent 3 of those months reporting that I was finding roaches in my very clean apartment. Management tried gaslight me into thinking it was normal, that enough was being done, and even that it was somehow my fault at one point, despite me keeping my unit spotless and the pest control company being unable to find any sources in said unit. I had to look up all the laws and codes myself after months to hold them accountable and only then did they agree to treat the whole building. I dont know why I had to send them the laws that they should already know for them to realize their responsibility. Terrible business decision honestly, absolutely disgusting and disgraceful too. Management should be ashamed. Dont move here if you value your sanity or your safety. Pest control isnt the only thing theyre negligent about. 0/5

    Wouldnt recommend people of color or with vouchers to go here. Im new to the Michigan area and this is my first time looking for an apartment and let me tell you I never been disappointed in a place that swear they are a good apartment complex. The communication sucks information that they should have contacted me about they didnt I had to reach out myself just to get answers . On top of that I feel like they were giving me the run around when it came to my application I never heard of place wanting five times the rent they make you pay when they dont even make that. They were and is very unprofessional to me I reached out to the property manager about getting my deposit back and she still hasnt responded. I wouldnt want my worse enemy living here and I wouldnt dare raise my kids where I feel like they gone be judged by the color of they skin.

    RENTER BEWARE!! If you are a black potential resident, you will be RACIALLY PROFILED!! Came to see the new apartments that were listed online. The white man who was working on 1/22/24 around 3:30pm automatically assumed that I wanted to tour the old apartments that this property has located in the front. The new apartments are hidden in the back. This man doesn't ask which ones I wanted to view and instead of telling me that there are two type of apartments, this ignorant fool assumed that I could only afford the older units and took me to see those. When I asked where the new apartments were, that were shown online, because that's what I was there to see, he stated "well those are $1600," as if it was too expensive for my budget (that we never discussed). So this moron only brought the keys to the older units. Any educated and competent property employee in this business knows that they are to gather information on what the potential resident is looking for. Instead, this property is only trying to get the old, outdated units sold to the blacks whom they deem are inferior and can't afford the apartments with the attached garages (which is what I am looking for). NEVER USE THIS PLACE!! THEY ARE RACIST, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

    I currently live here. My advice if you're looking at this place? Don't. Want maintenance to let you laundry sit for a month in dirty water and grow mold? Go for it. Want to pay extra for washer/dryer in unit for it break nearly every 3-4 days? Yeah sure sign up. Want water to leak on to your downstairs neighbors who HAVE KIDS. Yeah perfect place for you. Want to never have the office respond to emails. You got the place!

    Currently in my last week here and I can NOT wait to be out of here. My last few months here have been awful. I can hear what sounds like thunder rumbling almost constantly from the rambunctious dog(s) running around in the upstairs apartment. I have not slept right in months. The apartment management has been unable to do anything about it. And the tenants do not care.

After further review, it appears that our site team spoke with you on 1/16/2024 via phone call to talk about the type of apartment you were looking for. Looking back on our notes, it appears that a price range was discussed. Our staff was able to find an apartment within the range you had suggested, and we were able to take you on tour of a home based off of your preferences. On the second tour, our Leasing Agent confirmed the information that was previously discussed on the first tour/phone call and revisited an apartment with you based off of the information previously gathered. When asked if you could see one of the new apartments, our team member provided the estimated price range and offered to stop back by the office to grab keys to tour one of the newer homes on site. Finding the perfect home to meet our prosepctive resident's needs is one of our top priorities, and we would be more than willing to show any floor plan you are interested in touring. I have been able to follow-up with site team in regards to the concerns you have mentioned. After further review, it appears that we received a work order for your washer and had a vendor come out to address the issue as it was reoccurring. The vendor made the necessary repairs that day, and after the work order was completed we had not heard of any additional issues until we received an emergency call. Our on-call maintenance technician responded immediately, and followed-up the next morning to schedule a time to replace the washer to avoid having the same issue occur again.
