Rockford Construction

I have called repeatedly and left messages. I finally got a call back after 4 weeks and then was never sent the promised follow up email. I also was cursed out by one of the maintenance techs which made me extremely uncomfortable. I expressed this when I finally got a call back and still didnt get any follow up. I worked in leasing for years, this is a completely unprofessional and irresponsible way to treat residents. Maybe Ill get a call back after leaving this review. :-)

From a subcontractor point of view, I am really unimpressed with their construction team. Disorganized and always late to paying their bills. Not uncommon to be over 120 days late for payment on work and material.

I've been really unimpressed with Rockford Property Management. I live in one of the buildings they manage, and they never answers the phone when you call, and they take several days to respond to any emails. My microwave was broken for over a month at one point, and there was little communication about fixing it. Management spent money on a fancy new callbox system that we didnt need that never works, and they dont respond in a timely fashion to any requests to get it fixed. They also failed to give me the terms of my lease renewal until barely 30 days from the end of my previous lease, leaving me with essentially no choice but to renew despite the egregious rent hike. Rent keeps going up but they offer less and less.
