Absolutely trash people. Had a propane leak from the furnace that they were supposed to maintenance and claimed to be on their way multiple times. Have been sitting in the cold and they are nowhere to be seen. The 24 hour answering service was worthless and havent called back like they claimed they would. Do not rent from these losers

This property management company is unethical. There is garbage strewn throughout the yard, the grass consistently is 2ft high. All this poses a safety risk to the young children in the home. This is a recurring issue (going on year 3 now) that they always say they are working on. They will only fix something if you get the city involved. I would be very careful renting from them. If you do rent from them, call the city code compliance office the second they start stringing you along on any repairs EDIT: their response below is laughable. They started maintaining the home after I called the owner, and the city (once a year, every year bc every season theyd ignore it since its a low income property) thats how they run their business.

I've always received good service from GPM. Recently had a service call for low water pressure and they addressed the issue right away.
