The owner is like a power Trip, controls what you do, weed is legal now and totally against it, there's balcony don't allow you to smoke there,

River Valley and the management here is the best. Christine is AMAZING she really takes her job seriously and takes pride in the properties she manages. She comes by and looks at what needs done around the buildings and she gets it done. She is also very caring when it comes to the tenants. Maintenance is ALWAYS right there when you call. They are always professional and respectful when they come in to your home. James is always very nice and he is exceptional at his job and doesnt mind when my little boy is curious about what he is doing. Also the new maintenance man that was just hired I didnt get his name but he is super friendly and funny. I live in the Apartments on Breton and they are quiet and right in the city but the are back far enough with a bunch of trees and a creek and it makes you feel like your in a quiet area in the country instead of feeling like your in the middle if the city. The store is right down the street too which is a big plus. River Valley own a few different Apartment complex in different parts the area and what I have seen they are all nice. I really have nothing negative to say about River Valley the apartments are awesome and so are the employees! I love it here!
