Quality Inn Grand Rapids Near Downtown

Made a last minute decision to get. Room while in Grand Rapids this hotel was closest to where we were. Get there and get keys go to get into room and the door doesnt open. I go to front desk to tell the young lady that the light is flashing red. She said that just means the battery is dead just try opening anyways.
Get into the room. Looked ok with lights dim. The jacuzzi tub which is the main reason we wanted a room looked terrible!
There was cracks all over bottom of tub, the holes where jets were supposed to be were discolored I chocked it up to maybe well water?
No buttons to turn jets on. Get in tub and there was light bubbling coming from jets that creeped me out so we got out of the tub.
Sounded like someone was dropping a 20 gallon bucket of cement over and over above us.
The night after we left the hotel we were both very itchy, hoped it was just in our head because the jacuzzi tub creeped us out. Well today is day 3 after leaving and we are still super itchy! Gonna have to make a doctors appointment to see what it is!
Scabies?
Bed bugs?
Either way DISGUSTING!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

I havent had a bad experience here at all. Always clean, front desk people very nice. Quiet hotel, no complaints. Room, shower in new condition and towels.
