Marilyn's VIP Party Bus & Limo

We had a great time! We had a birthday party for my friend and I and Marilyn made it easy to book and our driver T was amazing so easy going made stops when needed and made it easy for us all to have a great time! We fit 18 people on the bus it was a bit tight but enough room for us all to sit down! Thank you again for everything!

We used Marilyn's VIP Party Bus for my husband's 30th birthday. She had the bus decorated with birthday decorations and even left a gift for him. Marilyn was easy to work with and had affordable pricing. Her driver, Samuel, was great. He was very kind and kept us safe. We will definitely use again. Thanks Marilyn.

If I could give this “company” 0 stars I would. This was honestly my biggest concern about our wedding day, and for very good reason. I had seen some stories on these bride groups about people being skeptical, not getting any communication, and some stories about the bus breaking down resulting in people scrambling to find other transportation. But let me tell you my quick story: About 3.5 weeks prior to the wedding day, given these stories I saw I called and spoke to Marilyn who informed me the bus was in the repair shop but would definitely be ready to go by the wedding day. So then here we are, on the wedding day, I get a text message from her “assistant” at 9:30am (about 5 hours prior to when we would be getting picked up from the bus) saying that they can “no longer accommodate me due to the bus having major problems.” So now I’m scrambling on the wedding day to try and find a bus to pick us up. They tell me they’ll mail me back my deposit (and confirmed both the wrong deposit amount I paid and wrong address despite me verifying twice). To make matters worse, oblivious to what her “assistant” had TEXTED me, I got a call from Marilyn at 11:30am informing me the same thing that the bus was having major problems. Somehow this is acceptable communication? Needless to say I would not trust this company whatsoever. Sure their price is good, but it comes at the cost of an insanely unreliable “service” that provides terrible communication. I would steer clear of them at all costs, just pay more elsewhere. Trust me you do not want a day of text saying they can’t help.
