Dadd's Magic Bus & Limo

I haven't actually used this service. My review is based on the owners reaction and responses to customer complaints, all saying the same thing. It seems the owner blames the customer for the company not following through on arranged plans. Very unprofessional. No thanks. Edit* (As you can see, by the responses the owner seems to have self control issues, the criteria of this review is about how they respond to customers and then they give an example as if they only read the first 5 words) I was looking to get these services in this area, I am not choosing this busines based on the owners despicable behavior.

Worst experience ever.  I secured transportation for my wedding and it couldn't have been more of a disaster.  The bus arrived late.  DADD's told us it was because the bus was having trouble, which turned out to be a lie.  The driver ended up admitting that she had arrived late for work and didn't leave their facility on time to pick up my wedding party after the ceremony.  Once we got on the bus it got even worse.  The inside of the bus was not clean, the seats swayed front to back when we accelerated or stopped, and the stereo system was blown out and sounded like an AM radio my grandpa would have kept in his basement.  I tried to speak with DADD's management to see what could be done about the bill I had paid for such a subpar experience.  The best DADD's ownership would rudely offer was a free one hour of rental on another date.  Obviously that was not acceptable because I didn't like the experience I'd already had - why in the world would I want to do it again?  In summary, go with ANYONE else besides DADD's.
