Jim was great and was very detailed on what items were high-priority and which could be put on the backburner. Also was a very funny and genuine guy who made the inspection go by quick! The price was more than fair, and he didn't try to sell me on any additional inspections that I didn't need.

Jim really took his time with the inspection on a home my husband and I are looking to purchase. He welcomed all of our questions, and not only answered them, but gave us information as to additional resources and research we could find. He then walked us through the entire property, inside and out, and pointed out and discussed all the positives and all areas of concerns. He brought to our attention items we hadn't thought of previously, and was able to explain these in great detail; his years of experience was evident. Jim's written report was extremely detailed, and promptly delivered the next day. I would HIGHLY recommend Jim to anyone needing an inspection - his depth of knowledge combined with his friendly and attentive nature are second to none!
