The inspector missed several plumbing issues we had to deal with within the first couple of days of living in the house. The toilet would visibly leak into the basement after flushing and the washer water hook ups leaked due to bad fittings. These are two of several other things that were missed. Unfortunately we were not able to attend the inspection due to the fact we were quarantined for COVID. After inquiring about a refund for the inspection we received a letting from a lawyer based out of some place in Pennsylvania. The letter from the lawyer alone was worded so unprofessionally, it should warrant a refund. We informed our realtor of the situation and they will not be using this companies services again.
