Oliver was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a lot of good suggestions for addressing the issues he discovered in the inspection, which will get us a long way toward making our house safer and more efficient. He adjusted his own schedule in order to fit us in during our shortened inspection window, and he was knowledgeable about the area where our house is located and knew that it was at a higher risk of high radon levels, which there did turn out to be.

I cant say enough good things about Oliver and The Home Examiner. He was extremely friendly, professional, easy going and was very knowledgeable and provided insight into potential future repairs/replacements prior to our home purchase. He was also able to provide some recommendations for roofers and land survey companies for upcoming projects. I can't recommend Home Examiner enough. He found multiple serious issues in the home that we never would have found. It was like watching a detective run around a crime scene and pull together details that anyone would easily overlook. He even put together his report same day, with detailed comments and clear and high quality photos.
If you're getting an inspection done, you should go with this company.

Oliver was professional and thorough with our condo inspection. I appreciated that he took the time to show me where things like the water and electric shut offs were, as well as making a point to show both optional updates as well as necessary repairs. Would absolutely use The Home Examiner again!
