Stopped by a couple weeks ago on a whim for some tweeters rather than ordering online. As another reviewer stated, it's not really a retail store, but was fun to stop by and chat and learn anyway. They did demo a really stellar sounding pair of custom built Hi-fi speakers for me, (leading me upping the ante and building a better sounding setup to match those tweeters I bought). The staff offered advice and was happy to take time for me even though I just spent a couple bucks on a couple components... I'll likely return when it comes time to do a full-on custom design and I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

The guys at Meniscus are great at helping you with all your speaker building needs. If you are thinking about getting into the hobby or if you are just looking for a weekend project give them a call and they can help you build a set of speakers that sound way better than store bought speakers. If you are looking for the next level of sound quality they are the place to shop.

Not really a retail store but feel free to stop in if you're a speaker builder. They have pretty much anything you could ever need and also offer repair services. They are very nice and took me on a tour of their shop and played some amazing speakers for me in their demo room. A must visit if you're a speaker builder in the Grand Rapids area.
