Interesting shop.
Great deal of vintage gear.
Prices for the most part r reasonable. Some gear priced over going market prices, however Misfits Audio fills a local niche that hasn't been in Grand Rapids, MI in quite sometime. Caveat Emptor.

Was looking to get a repair and add to my audio collection. Visited twice during advertised hours, nobody there. Call several different times, no answer, no reply to voice-mail. Went elsewhere.

I should have written this way sooner. I brought in a Carver TFM-22 powered amplifier for repairs. Bryan talked me through some of the potential issues and I left it be repaired. The price was very reasonable. I came down from Ludington to pick it up, drove home and plugged it in and it did the same darn thing. I called Bryan and he said to bring it back and they would fix it. I am guessing it took upwards of three months to troubleshoot it and they invested a lot of time and energy into fixing it, but by God, they fixed it! I think it became a challenge to them. I am grateful to Bryan and his techs for bringing it back to life and they didn't charge me anything more. I highly recommend this place!
