I really liked the manager here before the covid thing. Now there is all different people there ever time I go in. I like consistency in money matters. Bet u do 2.

i like the online banking a lot: from opening my first accounts to securing a personal loan, the customer service has been amazing. however, their in-person associates at this branch have let me down on various occasions.
i've come in a couple of times to try and open an account under my business name (sole proprietorship) and despite me showing them the correct paperwork, i was asked to present some other documents that are specifically for LLCs only, and was turned away despite me trying to explain that as a sole proprietor I just need to show them my DBA. When i called, their phone representative confirmed as much, that i don't need "articles of incorporation" and everything else i supposedly needed. Guess i'll be banking for my business elsewhere.
I've also been looking into getting a mortgage with ACU but, again, none of the people in the branch could help me. They took down my info which they promised to forward to their mortgage specialist at another branch, but a week passed before I finally reached out myself. She's been barely responsive and doesn't follow up unless I send an extra email, so I feel like I might take my mortgage business elsewhere as well. If i'm going to get into that kind of relationship with a financial institution, i want to know i can count on them.

This branch is extremely convenient and the two ladies that work there are nice and very helpful. Good vibes in this branch.
