Never answered their phone to accept a bouquet delivery order, called another florist and got my business.

I am very disappointed! I went online to order a bouquet of flowers for an anniversary, they didn't have the bouquet I had requested, so they just didn't deliver anything!!! I called and was told they didn't have those flowers and cancelled the order. No phone call to me to make me aware! I then gave them a second chance the following day, to which they were delivered and all was well, until I looked on my bank account and seen I was charged for the order they didn't deliver! I called to speak to someone about that and they said there was nothing they could do, they don't see that. She then proceeded to tell me to go to my local florist the next time!! Or call and speak to a person instead of online.....well why have that as an option then!?!? At the time the order was placed, I could not make a phone call so online felt like a good option....guess she showed me

I went online in search of florist to send flowers on mother's day. Online you have to give your delivery zipcode and the website confirmed it was in a delivery area of there's. I paid with my credit card, and received a confirmation email. 20 mins later i get a call saying they do not deliver to the area I provided, I said ok. I thought that was the end....But 3 mins later I get another call from them, telling me I now have to call my credit card company to cancel the transaction. I told her that was ludacris, I have never had to call my credit card company to cancel a transaction before. So......55 mins of being on hold with my credit card company, I have to wait 90 DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK..... Needless to say, this was a very expensive mothers day after i had to reorder flowers with another company....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
