I bought a flower arrangement for my best friend for inside the casket . For $100 it was so embarrassing I took it out. I asked for half my money back and was told no. Not only that he said he was good friend with her when in fact he had sued her for a phone over her phone. Not only did they do a horrible job they lied.

My boyfriend choose this shop to send me some flowers and I did not receive what he ordered. Also within a day I noticed one of the roses petals falling off and the stem was rotten. The attached photos are what he ordered verses what I received.
Edit- DJ reached out to me and stated that when substitutes are needed the shop does not need to contact the buyer to approve those replacements.
He also stated that the website you can use to order, which is attached to the business, just uses stock photos and isn't like what you could receive.
Attached is a photo of the replacement he set up for me but between that and the original dozen roses I do not see how that is $70 worth of flowers, that is before taxes and fees mind you.
Lastly when speaking with DJ on the phone he is very rude sounding and doesn't want to listen to what you have to say. Is full of excuses and doesn't seem interested in pleasing his customers.
My boyfriend prefers to support local shops but will no longer be supporting this one.
All that being said I did raise the review to two stars for the sole reason they did partially try to make it right and that the vase is pretty.
Edit-I actually made it quite clear I wasn't happy with the replacement arrangement to your staff and recorded the interaction. Your staff also rushed to call you when I told them I was unhappy with it and left.
Edit response - You guys are a real piece of work to be lying saying I was happy about this arrangement. I took a photo in the shop to show my boyfriend whom ordered the arrangement in the first place. Also I'll attached another photo showing that it is not a fake review because it shows the card from your shop that came with the original. Also I blocked your number because you keep contacting me and harassing me. Accept that you messed up and take it with dignity that you won't always have good reviews and maybe learn from it and do better. As far as the recording the only reason I did record was of how awful the phone conversation went I was worried coming into the shop would be more of the same. Went and ordered some flowers for a funeral and the flowers were not fresh and not what was expected. DJ your so full of yourself. I do believe we are the ones that purchased wilted flowers from you and roses that walmart carries in a better quality and much cheaper. Keep on doing what your doing. I will be posting all your bad reviews in fb in many Military groups your business will not withstand this storm. You are a big mouth with excuses and biligerent way beyond your years.
