Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Went there to try to speak to manager about my elderly dads accounts and for no apparent reason it was closed at 4:10 on a FRIDAY. Even though sign on door said closing time was 5:00. I plan on emptying all accounts that my dad holds there and going ANYWHERE else especially after seeing and reading all the bad comments. Doesn't the staff realize people have choices. Or don't they care?

How am I not surprised to see so many negative comments on here. I hate that bankers always look at me and approach me asking what is my reasoning for coming there today (There job I know). I explain I’m depositing a check into my business account. Usually they say, are you depositing a check into someone else’s business? NO, MY BUSINESS account!! (Probably because I look very young). The manager lady recommended I used the ATM or my mobile app to deposit it. I understand it would free up the teller and be a lot quicker BUT I like speaking and dealing with real people! I said if we all use our mobile app and ATM eventually the tellers wouldn’t have a job and she rudely says oh you won’t cause them to not have a job. I can almost guarantee within 20 years we will have tellers that are just computers and not actual people. Either way i’m just over going to banks all the time and being judged by my age or appearance. I won’t be returning to this location as many other people expressed as well, now they all won’t have jobs at this location much longer if they keep that up!! Sorry not sorry.

If I don't have too I will Never"Come to This Location Ever Again The Employees The Tellers Are Horrible Are Very Rude,and Feel Like They Do Not Want To Be Bothered. Another employee name Jerry was Awesome if possible if you have to deal with someone he would be your guy.
