        Not even worth one star. Most are incompetent with the worst of the worst being 1) their manager and 2) kathryn fisher. Go to any other branch. Admin/management need to restructure from ground level up.

        Teller Zeinab el sabbagh and her manager very rude and discriminative. They refused to provide me with my total number of checks and balance deposited. They became aggressive, disrespected me and told me they dont care about me as a client and my business. Zeinab threw her business card at me, and told me to go somewhere else. The manager threatened me to close my account for unknown reason. Chase corp. needs to look into this branch and open an investigation on such behavior.
