Amazing! Trustworthy, clean, prompt,compassionate, knowledgeable, and most importantly they listen and are willing to suggest options and let YOU choose. These are the people you want. I was lucky that the insurance company gave me their name for my water damage. I would call them for any work needed in the future. There entire crew is respectful and hard working. They are even kind to my dog. I usually dont write a review but we need honest people to help in these tight times. I will be passing out their cards to my dear neighbors.

Had a house fire in April. Took their good time doing midigation. Walked off the job 4 1/2 months later and collected $67,000 from my insurance company. As of this day we have a company that is working as fast and hard to finish our home. Due to labor and material shortage, it's middle November and hopefully to be in our home by January. Have great contractor that is working with us and doing his very best to get things the way we want. I wouldn't hire adams or refer them to another person or company. I hope that they read this. I'm hoping that no other insurance company will hire them. Horrible company!!!!!

I received a carpet cleaning service for most of the house and it was competitively priced. Steven (who did the cleaning) called 20 minutes before arriving and was earlier than expected (which didn't bother me). He was very polite saying, "yes ma'am", etc and explained what he was going to do in what order. Steven worked quickly, protected the corners of all of the walls from the hose and cleaned up all areas of tile that may have gotten drops of water from the work he did. I highly recommend this company.

I called Adams Complete Cleaning & Restoration on 08/06/2021 to conduct an estimate of how bad the mold is in my crawl space, utility room, and family room. They sent a technician out the same day to take pictures of my home. I never received any phone calls back in regards to the photos taken of my home. I waited 3 weeks for a response. I called again on 08/18/2021, I was then informed that they will not give me my estimate despite not informing me of any prices. I needed this information to give to my lawyers from a negligent job a plumber did, Adams Complete Cleaning has made the situation worse with the companies lack of information. Customer service is terrible I received a disrespectful and non professional response of " estimates are not free" when I simply asked about the status of my estimate.  I would not recommend service from this business. They are not professional at all.

This company has been beyond awesome. I found them on google. I am doing an in home renovation including changing over 1200 sf of ceramic tile. The demolition will be very messy. I hired Adams to cover all walls and areas that might be affected by the tile demolition. I have a  modern architectural home with large walls and very high ceilings. Adam's calculated that over 5000 square feet of wall might be affected. I hired them to protect these walls as they were newly painted 3 years ago before we decided to change the floor. They have done a superb job. I have total confidence that no part of any of my walls, carpet, light fixtures, sofas etc will be affected by tile dust. It will be pristine when the job is finished. Thank you again and again Adams for your incredible expertise. Adam Selomi is our project manager. He has been over the top reliable and helpful. A++++++ for the whole experience. Shelley Boschan.
