So I'll start with the good. The initial sales meeting was great. Max was helpful and got us all set up with the counter we wanted, and they came out to measure with no issues. Then things went sour. I did not receive any communication for about a week despite being told I would get a call. Finally, after sending an email, I was told I was scheduled for the upcoming Friday, a date that had never been discussed. I pulled some strings and made it work. The installers showed up only to have a damaged countertop. They took it back and told me I'd be contacted about the next steps. Received no communication that Friday of the install and nothing the following day. I called and left a voice mail with my sales rep and the office manager. It wasn't until midday Monday that I received a communication from the scheduler saying they could come the next day between 8-10, but gave no indication on whether or not I was getting a new piece, the piece was fixed, etc.. I had to inquire myself to these questions which were eventually answered. Tuesday comes around and at 9:40 I get a call from the installers that they are going to complete the 3 jobs in a different city then come to me versus doing a back and forth becauae of the weather. Why it was scheduled this way baffles me. The going back and forth made no sense regardless of weather. I should have been first given the issues I've had. At no point during this entire ordeal did an apology for the issues come from anyone at the company. I never received any communication from the office manager or my sales rep despite voice-mail and an email being sent. Ultimately, this entire process left a bad taste in my mouth. Despite being recommended to go here, I would not recommend them to anyone due to their lacking customer service and communication. Too much money spent to not have a solid customer service base. Kudos to the installers though who did a great job on everything and were super helpful! 3 stars for the installers and final product. Minus 2 stars for the hassle I had to go through with not even an apology from anyone other than the installers.

Incredible company! Everyone I dealt with including the owner himself was very kind, friendly and a pleasure. The Incredible look of my kitchen from their workmanship to the quality of their product is outstanding. Do yourself a favor and get the waterfall backsplash. If you're going to do it do it right. Mine included trimming the window with the same quartz as my counters. Hard to explain how beautiful it looks.
