Nice when you talk to them but they are thieves. 271 a month for lowest possible insurance and I have never even been pulled over. I sent a cancellation letter through progressive and they still charged me.

Ms. Inks has shown professionalism in all of our conversations. She has so gracefully assisted me many times, when I tried to find ways the keep my insurance at a low discount price.
My experience so far makes me feel, "I am in good hands with Allstate". I have been with Allstate about three years.

Due to COVID -19 my family was having some struggles making ends meet. I had to make a couple monthly payments a week or so late. Called and kept in good contact with the office regarding this. Called to make a payment on Friday and was told my policy had been cancelled. Both workers Amanda and Alan in the office had told me when I called as long as I made the payment on the 25th I would be ok. They wanted double the price to reinstate the policy. To make matters worse I was driving across the state with no insurance because of this. Very unprofessional office and the people that work here have no clue what is going on. Would not recommend to anyone to use them. Go elsewhere all these people care about is money. This office is one of the absolute worst
