We've been with EW Smith for over 30 years. John is our agent & we are always able to reach him should we have a question or a concern ~ awesome customer service. They provide fast service ~ several years ago a tornado hit our neighborhood. We already had our check from EW Smith & had a contractor fixing our roof while some of our neighbors were still waiting for their insurance company to have someone look at their damage!
