      image Katie is top of the class in the helping, finding, * all of the little but nessasry things & people arrangements,papers, that have to be taken care of! This process takes way too long and is very repetitive! It is real easy just to assume evertone is doing there job and your only a couple weeks away! After that feeling that something just isn't going right or there is a serious problem, it's time to find out or get a second opinion for some advice! That is what the realtor for the seller and I did! There is a lot of elements to be on top of & Katie is the one that still does every part of her job! Unlike most people in all fields that just don't ,"Do There Job!" From the very first conversation with her, to almost hitting my deadline to close, always kept up to date with all the things that have to be completed before closing, Katie did her job well and efficiently! I was very fortunate to have the help of 2 professional lady's with this long process! Sherri from Keller Reality and Katie from Kaye Financial!
