Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Worst banking experience Ive had, they didnt have time to speak with me during business hours. Treated me poorly as if I didnt matter and then lied to me about the hours of another BOA nearby to get me out the door. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was in a pinch today and needed to get a business account opened ASAP. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and Vladimir was happy to not only help me but stayed 30 minutes late. I am very pleased to see such great service. That goes a long way. I am pleased to be running my business through this branch. Matt

My 18 year old has an account that I opened for her over a year ago. The account was locked and wouldnt allow her to access certain content. She went into the branch on a Thursday morning around 11:30 am. The tellers were unprofessional, seemed uninformed, and just plain rude. They claimed they could not help her, and kept asking the same questions over and over. I called customer service the next day, and they took care of the problem ( which was very simple) over the . This means that they could have help my child in the branch and refused to. Ew. I tried to call, and nobody answered. I personally would withdraw my funds, and take my business to another institution. But she decided not to at this time. I need to respect her decision, but Im not going to be quiet. I opened this account and my name is on it as well, so now they get to meet .. me. Im not taking it. And she wont either. Ill be speaking to the proper authoritative figure because if she is going to continue banking with boa, she will be treated properly.

Very rude people and bad customer service I was staying on the lane and the lady she asked me to go bring the ID from outside in my car took me 30 second when I come back to the for was close worst customer service
