Cleaning Goddesses

Recently I hired them to do a full house clean and the results were good, but not great. I tried one more time hoping they would be fabulous...but to no avail. I came home to discover (1) a note apologizing for a broken picture frame with offer to pay for replacement, (2) a dirty rag left deep down in my kitchen drain, (3) shower walls that were not cleaned and (4) a kitchen floor that may have been wet mopped quickly but still had many area of ground in dirt and grime. I'm also having incredible difficulty with the customer service contact who has had to call me repeatedly after losing billing information, did not send me the paperwork after multiple requests and does not return my calls to discuss my concerns.
